Assessments
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) academic assessments are classroom resources for teachers to measure student attainment of the Illinois Learning Standards in the areas of English/Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. Currently, 206 sample classroom assessments have been developed by teachers for teachers and are available in the IOES Resource Library for download.
- Agriculture Assessments
- Business, Marketing and Management Assessments
- Family and Consumer Sciences Assessments
- Health Occupations Assessments
- Industrial Technology Assessments
The sample assessments are used by teachers to stimulate the development of additional academic classroom assessments based on realistic occupational skills. They serve as a guide for incorporating the assessment of applicable Illinois Learning Standards into the assessment of student performance of occupational skills.
